VS Technology release the VS-TCM1-65CO/S-RIR, Telecentric lens with near infrared support and focus shift correction
TOKYO – VS Technology Corporation is pleased to announce the release of the VS-TCM1-65CO/S-RIR. This new lens adjust wavelengths corrects focus shifts in the visible spectrum out to 1200nm, simplifying surface and substrate inspection.
SWIR passes through specific materials, such as silicon and resin, making it possible to perform a variety of inspection. By taking advantage of the higher transmission, improvement to system takt time can be enabled.
